FAQ

Questions organizations ask before starting.

Straight answers about fit, evidence, delivery, and engagement.

Projects where important information is scattered across public sources, files, feeds, APIs, and analyst knowledge—and where a team needs a clearer way to find, verify, map, review, or deliver it.

Our work is primarily problem-led and custom. Existing components and proven patterns can accelerate delivery, but the workflow is designed around the users, evidence, decisions, and constraints of the engagement.

Depending on authorization and need, it can include websites, news, public records, documents, feeds, forums, geographic data, research sources, and customer-provided material. Source selection and use are reviewed for legal, contractual, and ethical constraints.

We preserve provenance, distinguish observation from assessment, qualify confidence, compare evidence, and create review paths for material that should not be accepted automatically.

Yes. Projects may deliver or consume APIs, files, feeds, databases, reports, and event notifications. Integration scope depends on the systems involved and the access the customer is authorized to provide.

When the decision warrants it, yes. Automation can reduce volume and organize evidence; people remain responsible for reviewing ambiguity, exceptions, and consequential outputs.

Timing depends on source access, integration complexity, review requirements, and the maturity of the existing workflow. An initial discovery phase is used to define scope and produce a realistic delivery plan.

Conservatively. We do not publish protected customer identities, confidential data, operational access, private infrastructure details, or claims that cannot be supported by public evidence.

Where a public example exists, we can point to it. For a specific problem, we can discuss a scoped demonstration using public or synthetic data that does not expose protected information.
